Episode Summary: *SPOILERS* Princess Celestia and Luna are glad that Fluttershy is safe. However, she doesn't want to talk about what led to her being released, and her friends are scared to actually ask why Discord chose to let Fluttershy go. When Celestia asks why Discord hasn't attacked Equestria yet, Pinkie Pie brings up that Discord accidently hit Fluttershy during the party. Rainbow Dash still doesn't know why, and this makes Applejack upset since she seems to be the only one to know that Discord is in love with Fluttershy. Back at his place, Discord is regretting his actions during Fluttershy's birthday party. When his evil mirror side asks why he hasn't attacked yet, Discord says he's too in love with Fluttershy to do so, and he thinks that Fluttershy has forgotten about him. However, she's also has some regrets. She wishes she could take back the mean things she said about Discord during the party. Later that night, Fluttershy once again has a nightmare involving Discord. However, instead of him torturing her, he ends up dying, which doesn't make sense to her given his immortality. After he fades away, Princess Luna appears and tells Fluttershy that she's dreaming and Discord is still alive. Luna then asks why she Fluttershy isn't with Discord, and Fluttershy believes that Discord didn't want her there anymore after the things she said about him. Luna tells Fluttershy that Discord's actions might have been the result of his feelings being hurt. She also tells her that he saw the two of them on their date. To Luna, that was confirmation that he is still in love with Fluttershy. She then tells Fluttershy to listen to her heart before she wakes up. Fluttershy then runs into Applejack again just like when Discord had captured the princesses. After Fluttershy tells her about the dream she had, she also says that she misses him. However, Applejack knows that there's more to it than that since she felt that way after Spike saved her from the timberwolves during the events of "Spike at Your Service." Fluttershy wonders if her friendship with Discord was just a joke, but Applejack reminds her that if you love something (in this case somepony), you'd set it free. This makes Fluttershy realize that not only does Discord love her, but she also loves him, and her friends hear her confession. Pinkie Pie welcomes the idea, but Rarity, Twilight, and especially Rainbow Dash wonder how it happened. She explains that Discord has changed during the month they were living under the same roof. Even with Rainbow's disapproval/stubbornness, Fluttershy makes another decision: She's going back to Discord's place to apologize and make sure he's okay. Twilight and the rest of the Mane 6 join just as a precaution. While in the Everfree Forest, Rarity asks Applejack why she got upset at the party and during dinner after Fluttershy was released. Applejack then asks Rarity how she can talk about love constantly, but she doesn't know about Spike's feelings. It turns out that Rarity already knew, but doesn't know how to tell Spike she doesn't feel the same way without breaking his heart. Applejack then tells Rarity that his heart was broken when Fancy Pants went out with her awhile ago. When Rarity asks how to make things right, Applejack says she has to tell Spike the truth. Before the conversation can go any further, they run into trouble: trouble in the form of timberwolves. While trying to escape, Twilight, Pinkie Pie, and Rainbow Dash get hurt, and Fluttershy gets cornered. Discord hears her crying and rushed to protect her by shrinking all of the timberwolves to the size of chihuahuas. After Discord fixes up her friends at his place, the two have a private talk about everything that had happened, with both of them confessing their true feelings towards each other. This finally convinces all of Fluttershy's friends, even Rainbow Dash, that Discord truly has changed, and the two actually get married.

Episode Summary: *SPOILERS* It's Fluttershy's birthday, and she wants to see her friends. However, Discord is worried that they'll try to take her away from him. She assures him that won't happen, but he still isn't sure considering they don't like him at all. Fluttershy then asks for him to bring them to his place for a birthday party, but he doesn't want them over. She then makes a deal with Discord: If he allows his fiance to see her friends whenever she requests, then he can decide the wedding date and she won't argue. He happily agrees and teleports the rest of the Mane 6, Spike, and the CMCs to his place. They're all happy to see Fluttershy after a month and Pinkie Pie uses her party canon to get the party started. Fluttershy's friends ask her how she's been and if she and Discord had gotten married yet. She tells that they haven't gotten married, but her time with Discord hasn't been that bad although her friends don't believe her. When Pinkie Pie suggests a game of Twister, Fluttershy goes to Discord and wants him to join. He still doesn't think her friends would be eager, but Pinkie Pie actually invites him to play Twister with her and the CMCs, and he eagerly agrees to join. Fluttershy then tells Applejack that the only way Discord would let her friends come to his place was for her to allow him to decide the wedding date, and he decided for the wedding to be the next day. Fluttershy's friends hear this and are understandably shocked. She asks Discord to give them some privacy. While he does give them privacy, Discord still eavesdrops since he doesn't trust Fluttershy's friends. Fluttershy isn't happy by their reaction, and her friends want to know why. She explains that Discord has actually changed during the month that they've been living under the same roof, but they don't believe her, especially Rainbow Dash. She also tells them about Discord constantly asking her if she loves him, and it turns out that she might have real feelings for him. However, most of her friends express their disapproval. Rainbow Dash then says their really just teasing her because they don't think she's actually in love with Discord. Fluttershy is then pressed by Rainbow Dash to the point of tears into saying that she doesn't love Discord, and he causes everyone else at the party to suffer.

Episode Summary: *SPOILERS* After doing some waterskiing, Fluttershy asks Discord about how he became the Lord of Chaos. He's hesitant to do so, but does anyway. After telling his tale, Fluttershy tells him that a colt said he wanted to take her out, but she ended up being stood up. Later that day, Discord still tries to make Fluttershy love him, but it's still not working. When he asks why, Fluttershy tells him that it's because she feels like a caged bird. To try and give her some of that freedom, Discord offers to take Fluttershy out on a date although it can't be anywhere public given the deal. Fluttershy agrees to this, and Discord is excited. During the date, Fluttershy is worried about Discord being spotted using his chaos magic outside his area. He doesn't worry about since they're in the middle of nowhere and he isn't hurting anyone. However, Luna spots them and sees this as a chance to get Fluttershy back. While spying on the two, she considers that he might actually have feelings for her. While she dismisses this quickly because she doesn't believe he could change for the better, she remembers that she's changed for the better. Luna then leaves before she can be spotted. After he sings a song, Disckrd asks Fluttershy if he can kiss her and she lets him. Once the date is over, he gets just as excited as when she hugged him for the first time. Discord then finally comes to the realization that he's in love with Fluttershy.

Meanwhile Applejack is setting up a picnic for Spike and Rarity, despite her wanting tell Spike how she feels. After setting up the picnic, she sees a heartbroken Spike. He tells her that Rarity went out with Fancy Pants before Spike could ask her out. Applejack tells him that some things aren't meant to work out, but that doesn't help. What does help is the two of them enjoying some of the food that Applejack had prepared. Back at Discord's castle, Fluttershy still misses her friends and wants to see them again, but Discord doesn't want her to leave. To compromise, he creates a mirror that will allow her to see what her friends are up to. This does work, but only temporarily because not only does Fluttershy see how much her friends miss her, but Fluttershy ends up missing her friends even more. This makes Discord upset, but it pleases his evil mirror side, telling him that no matter what he does, he'll always be the lord of chaos. Discord gets so upset by his evil mirror self that he smashes it to pieces. Fluttershy hears and asks what's wrong. Discord says nothing is wrong, but Fluttershy knows that him being lonely is partially why he wanted a bride in the first place. After the two share another sweet moment in his room, Fluttershy starts to have feelings that she's unsure about.

9-10 year later and I still enjoy this whole series. I'm so glad nothing got cut from the original, even the singing still holds up. I love EVERYTHING about this so much and can't wait to watch the sequel and ACTUALLY FINISH IT THIS TIME! <3
